For the ultimate in comfort and luxury choose one of our two superior deluxe rooms in the main house. Both feature a king-sized bed, mini bar, en suite bath and shower with lots of Molton Brown goodies, a comfortable sofa and fabulous views. There are also six deluxe rooms, each with a range of features and each one a bit different from the next. One of these rooms has twin beds and one has a purpose built disabled facility bathroom.

We then have four standard double rooms all of which have an en suite bath or shower room, flat screen digital TV, fluffy dressing gowns and tea & coffee making facilities. All rooms have been refurbished over the past 3 years and have fine quality furniture, fixtures & fittings.

The four new luxury mews rooms are set in their own terraced area with an outdoor hot tub in which you can relax after a good day on the fells above Grasmere or simply unwind with a glass of wine. Each room features a lounge area & bathroom downstairs with bath and shower & a kingsized bed on a mezzanine floor above with a skylight for you to gaze at the night sky from your bed. Unfortunately pets are not allowed in luxury rooms
