December 30th Arrive at your leisure from 2pm and enjoy our warm welcome as afternoon tea & mulled wine awaits you. At 6.30pm, you are all invited to meet in the residents lounge for a champagne reception and a chance to meet fellow guests. Dinner is served from 7pm (book your preferred time on arrival). Following the 3 course meal, you can either unwind in the lounge or join in the festive quiz in Tweedies bar.
New Year’s Eve After a hearty Lakeland breakfast the day is your own, either to take a long walk, cosy up with the log fire in the lounge or prepare yourself for the night ahead. Afternoon tea will again be served in the residents lounge from 3pm.
New Years Eve party From 6pm, everyone is invited to meet in the residents lounge in smart dress for a champagne and canapé reception. Our grand New Year Gala dinner will be served from 7pm (Book your preferred time on arrival). After dinner either relax and enjoy a coffee & liqueur in the residents lounge or why not be amazed by David Lancaster‘s illusions of the mind. While in Tweedies bar why not join Pete Lashley a talented singer/songwriter with his roots in folk & rock. With the bar open until one it will be a fantastic party with a spectacular fireworks display at midnight.
New Years Day Breakfast is served at a leisurely pace from 9-11am to give you a chance to have a lie in after the big night. A traditional roast is available in Tweedies Bar from 12-3pm. Booking is advisable. In the evening enjoy our chefs gourmet sampling menu including fine wines to complement each course; served from 6pm.
