Dale Lodge hotel offers the perfect facilities for small conferences, business meetings and corporate hospitality. We do our best to accommodate any event of any size, just give us a call to discuss your requirements.
Hotel Facilities
The hotel has the choice of 2 restaurants, a village pub and an extensive beer garden. We have 16 individually styled rooms, all en-suite and a beautiful new lounge and lobby with real fires throughout. Ample free parking is available at the front and rear of the hotel.
Conferences
The Lodge Restaurant will comfortably seat 80 people, theatre style, 50 people for dinner or 30 people boardroom style. The lounge and lobby next to the restaurant is used as a breakout area where tea and coffee is served. Depending upon the size and style of you event, meals can either be taken in the Lodge Restaurant or in Tweedies Restaurant just across the garden.
Other Events
Our three acre grounds mean that we can offer outdoor sports such as cricket, five a side football and croquet, as well as any other ideas you may have. The area lends itself well to treasure hunt activities, walking and orienteering, all of which we can offer advice on. We can also arrange for a marquee to be erected adjoining the Lodge Restaurant to allow more room for your event.
Dale Lodge is situated in Grasmere village in the centre of the Lake District and only 30 minutes from junction 36 of the M6.
Prices
Day delegate rates start from £49.50 inclusive of room hire, morning coffee, 2 course lunch, afternoon tea, parking, and VAT.
24 hour delegate rates start from £145 for single occupancy of a double or twin room including all of the above, plus three course evening meal, en-suite room, full Cumbrian breakfast and a complimentary newspaper.
