Enjoy Christmas dinner this year without having to worry about the washing up. This fabulous four course menu, served in either The Lodge Restaurant or in Tweedies Bar, will appeal to all the family.

The Christmas Day Menu
Chestnut, celeriac and lemon thyme soup
Duck and chicken liver parfait with toasted brioche, pear and apple chutney
Prawn and shrimp cocktail with baby gem lettuce
v. Blacksticks blue tartlet with walnut, spring onion; celery and apple salad

Roast turkey and stuffing served with chipolata sausages, roast potatoes, turned carrots, Brussels sprouts and cauliflower cheese
Roast sirloin of beef with a herb crust served with roast potatoes, Yorkshire pudding, carrots, Brussels sprouts and cauliflower cheese
Salmon Wellington with a lemon risotto, winter greens and a marjoram beurre blanc
v. Layered butternut squash, barley and spinach pie served with roast potatoes, turned carrots and Brussels sprouts
